Q: What are the advantages of PetStay?
A: The major goal of PetStay is to save many pet owners and professionals time, energy, and aggravation while bathing, nail clipping, grooming,and medical exams. Due to the economic circumstances, grooming has become unaffordable for the general public. PetStay is a perfect solution to restrain your dog to a smooth surface in your home where your loving pet can be groomed safely, comfortably, and conveniently.

Q: How does PetStay work?
A: This PetStay device consists of a suction cup with a hook attached to a Velcro strap that snuggly attaches to the pet’s leg. Four of these devices are needed to restrain all legs. First, the Velcro is wrapped around all legs. Then, the pet is placed in a comfortable position on a smooth or glossy surface, and the suction cups are pressed down for full restraint. If you don’t have a smooth surface, then you may purchase a separate piece of glass or porcelain to place on top of the porous surface.

Q: What animals does it work on?
A: Our current design only works on small dogs less than 25 lbs or 11 kg. Larger sizes are currently in production to accommodate medium to large dogs. In addition, we are performing ongoing research for PetStay to accommodate all pets.

A: Currently, there is only 1 package designed for all dogs less than 25 lbs or 11 kg.

Q: Does PetStay come with a warranty?
A: Limited 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: PetStay, Inc. will warranty any defective part. PetStay, Inc. will not cover the following under warranty: force damage, bite damage or any other damage not associated with a manufacturing defect. Any obvious non-manufacturing defect will not be covered under PetStay, Inc. warranty.
